The spreader we designed & produce will spread several types of materials from manure to lime. You have the option of taking your load straight to the field & spreading it or disengaging the rear spinners & stockpiling the material. The spreader was designed to withstand the wear and tear of our rental fleet. The extra heavy-duty construction will give you years of trouble-free operation & is backed with a 6-month limited warranty.

Heavy Duty Spreaders for Farm,
& Commercial Use
A pull-type spreader designed for uniform application. Materials can be spread on a field or the spinners can be disengaged to stockpile the material. The spreader is PTO powered by either 540 RPM or 1,000 RPM drives. A heavy-duty adjustable tongue jack & fold away PTO holder are also standard equipment. Material is spread by two 28″ diameter tempered steel spinner plates with 6 adjustable/replaceable paddles. Power is supplied to the main gearbox and spinners by a proven and dependable one pierce triple B-belt drive system which uses extra heavy-duty 1-1/4″ shafting with #20 series driveline components.
Dual Walking Beam axles with 21.5 x 16.1 high flotation 10-ply implement tires are standard. Undercarriage frame is manfactured using 2″ x 6″ box tubing. Tongue assembly made from 8″ channel iron. Standard on all models are walking beam axles which are extra heavy-duty.
COLOR OPTIONS

BODY
All electric welded 12 gauge body side and end sheets. Sides of the spreader are on a 46 degree angle to prevent wet material build up or the bridging of other material. Subframe 3/16″ supported by heavy 3″ channel cross members.
CONVEYOR
Conveyor floor is 1/2″ UHMW sheet material supported every 12″ by 2×2 angle iron with recessed stainless bolts and nuts. Conveyor chain is a combination wet lime & manure chain with 6-3/4″ bar spacing. Rear shaft is 2″ diameter supported by individual heavy-duty bearings on each end. Front shaft is 1-1/2″ diameter with special cutter-type sprocket to prevent material build-up with spring loaded chain tighteners. A 50:1 ratio main conveyor coupler is strandard equipment.
